Change template priority – CSS overridden

I have a combination of The Events Calendar, Woocommerce and the Astra-Theme where I need to get some order in the stylesheets as the Skeleton overrides several helpers for eg. the events list widget. I know that I could simply override the css in the template but wonder if there is a best practice to reorder / change priority of those? Otherwise, what is the priority that these are loaded? I’ve gone way up with my theme priority to load at last but it did never work.
