Change scrolling header – Tailor Theme

I have the Tailor Theme activated on my website. Some of the features do not work (i.e. the Blog and About Me pages are filled in, but do not show up.) But, my primary concern right now is that I don’t like the scrolling header. I would prefer it to be fixed. I have tried a couple of things I found online, but they didn’t work, so I reversed the changes. Any help would be appreciated.
