Change password protected entries

Hello. I would like to change the default entry that WP puts up when you make a password protected entry. I use 1.2
Right now, it gives Protected: <title of the post>, and then the body says to enter the password, along with a text field and submit button.
I would like to alter the body and title for all such posts…. which file do I have to peek into to do this?
