Change parameter in URL ("&" instead of "?")

the plugin generates URL in with this parameter:
http://www.URL.cz/?age-verified=4a39dd3191
I need it to be:
http://www.URL.cz/&age-verified=4a39dd3191
Could you please give me advice, where to change the parameter?
