Change pages not working

I am using this plugin on this website and until recently it seemed to be working. http://uhmc.ca/archives/
It does appear to be the latest version 0.51 and the site is updated to WP 4.0
The code I am using is:
[catlist id=Archives numberposts=50 pagination=yes instance=1 orderby=name order=asc]
