I have some of my users logging in to add events for me to approve and publish, which is great, until they don’t do it correctly. One of the problems I’m running into is that they’re putting in an event that spans a timeframe but they forget to check the “Recurring” box and specify repeating daily, weekly, etc. So I end up with a bunch of one-time events that last for months.

My question is this: is there any way to edit a one-time event and change it into a recurring event? Right now I’m not finding a way to do that via the wp-admin area or the “edit an event” page for users. I’ve been having to go in and recreate the event from scratch.

    Thoughts?

At the moement there isn’t a way to do this. We’ll be rewriting recurrences within the coming months and at that point it would be possible.
