change mobile setting via ftp

Urgent Request

Last night I saw a theme setting related to mobile–. I change that, thinking that it would relate only to the site being viewed by mobiles. Now the site, when viewed by browser, no longer looks right, like it’s designed for a mobile, but it’s browser-wide in the browser. The site is http://www.thedoorway.org/blog/
Also, I’m locked out of my admin, so I can’t get in to change the setting.

Is there a way I can change that setting via ftp, so the site looks correct again, while I’m working on the login issue?
