Go to APpearance > Customize > Blog > Blog Entries/ SIngle post, and rearrange the meta by drag up and down and check.
If not resolved with this, share the snapshot of the issue and page URL to check it.
Thanks but in that menu I can’t move the site meta. I can only move items around.

Then please follow the very first step that I told you. APpearance > Customize > Blog > Blog Entries/ SIngle post, drag the meta up and down as per need.
