Change “MailTo” Address in Template/Shortcode

I’ve searched quite a lot on this. If it’s already been asked and answered, just let me know.

I’d like to change the “mailto” address for a contact form using Contact Form 7 in the template for a page or using their shortcode (if possible).

For example, there is a contact form on each Service page that is exactly the same, besides who it will be sent to. Instead of duplicating the form and only changing the “mailto” address, I’d like to use the same form and change the “mailto” address.

If it helps, I plan on using Advanced Custom Fields to allow the back-end user to fill-in the email address of their choice for the form.

Just to clarify: I do not want the visitor to select the industry (or email address) from a dropdown.

Any help on this is super appreciated.
