    Hi – I’m not sure what you mean, but I don’t think this is a Quiz Tool issue, more of a WordPress login issue.
    If you could give some more information I may be able to help you out.

    by default the plugin redirect to wp-login.php when you select Participants must be logged in to take quiz, maybe an option to insert login url
