Change link description

Hi I posted a link to my blog in comments on a post on facebook.

And the description for the blog was like this:
You may use these HTML tags and attributes:<​a href="" title=""> <​abbr title=""> <​acronym title=""> <​b> <​blockquote cite=""> <​cite> <​code> <​del datetime=""> <​em> <​i> <​q cite=""> <​strike> <​strong>

How can I change it? (not only when posted on FB)
