Change included files in functions.php

Hello, I am currently trying to override the parent theme’s inc/sections/ files,

but I would like to know how can I override the require_once call in the parent’s funcitons.php through my child theme functions.php in order to change the section content since I need to add custom classes to some elements and i don’t want to use javascript to do that, plus I would like to remove some junk markups like the carousel which is not in use at my big title section.
