The best thing to do is use the translation file (PO) to do this. Changing labels can be done by activating the file and changing the one string you want in there. Here’s an article on how to do that: http://businessdirectoryplugin.com/quick-start-guide/#translate

You can ignore the part about translating the whole file to a new language.
