change header image

Hi
i am using a template called Twenty Eleven

my site is nuibayvillas.com

I want to change the header image – in other templates I did this using style.css, but in this template I have no idea where to change it

every time a page is loaded, the header shows a different image, butI cant find the function which points to the image folder

all help is appreciated!
