Change Error message on lost password page

Hi,

To stop user enumeration on the lost password page I would like to change the error message, There is no account with that username or email address. Is that possible? If it is, I would like to change it so that it gives a success message even though the username or email address doesn’t exist. If that is not possible can I do a re-direct to the ?checkemail=confirm page even though user entered wrong information?
