Just to confirm, do you mean wp-login.php where you log in, or all of wp-admin?
We do not currently have this option, but do have a feature request open to change wp-login.php to another location. I can add this post to the request, if so. I can’t promise that every suggestion we get will make it into a release, or when that might be, but every suggestion we get is evaluated carefully and considered seriously. Thanks for the input!

Essentially it’s anything to stop a hacker from guessing the login page, so whether that’s changing /wp-admin/ or wp-login.php, it would probably be both.
Would be a great addition.
