Change date/month to vietnamese

Dear,

I’m trying to fine a file, this’s store coding or jquery…show dat/month on calendar (MON | TUE | WED….) and will translate to vietnamese (my country) (Thứ 2 | Thứ 3 | Thứ 4…) but i can’t find or change anything. Please help me.
