Change Currently Browsing

Hello again.
I’ve searched both the forums and Google, but can’t find what I’m looking for.

Where can I modify the Currently Browsing section that appears on some pages? It’s driving me nuts. Since my blog is in the Dutch language it looks weird to have this English text on my website… Thanks!!!

(Oh, and what about the list of posts in the same category that appears on the bottom of my website?)
