Change colors in theme?

    I am new to wordpress, have dabble with HTML, JavaScript, and HTML. I just want to get a blog going. I found a few themes I like but I just want to change the colors of the blog post block that indicates date posted.

    I want the “Posted by HTWingNut on February 10, 2012 Edit This ” to have different shades of red instead of orange. I can’t quite pinpoint the location for this in the CSS. Any help is appreciated.
