change color not available in wordpress

    Hi There,

    I have succesfully installed wordpress. I have noticed an issue when creating a new post or editing an existing one. Editor does not have/does not show me the icon to change the color and also change the formatting is also missing.

    Currently the site is not hosted on internet.
    i will add screenshot if possible here to show the issue
    i also downgraded to 4.5.2 but the issue is same.
