change COD charges on pincode bases

    Hi there,

    I’ve set XXX amount as COD charges in my website. But I don’t want COD charges applicable on local delivery shipping method. I don’t find any way to hide COD charges for local delivery.
    Please let me know if there is a way to hide cod charges for some zip codes. I don’t want to hide COD payment method from checkout page.
