Change background image on Digital theme | WordPress.org

I have the oceanwp digital theme (https://digital.oceanwp.org/). There is an image that I cannot figure out where it needs to be changed. It shows on my site as “1920×800”. It shows on the digital theme behind the text “what clients say”.

I cannot find this image with Elementor or under General styling.

I assumed this was an image buried in the background of the site somewhere. But it wasn’t. I was able to find the image in Elementor by editing the section background image (the ‘what client says’ section).
