Change archive product picture

Just to make sure that we are on the same page – It sounds like you want to remove the frame of your paintings that shows up on some of your product gallery images? For example this frame:

There is no inbuilt way to bypass showing the product image and instead show the gallery image on the shop page. Thus, it might require custom coding to achieve.

You can consult with a developer or the WooCommerce Customizations Partners on a custom code that will get and display the preferred gallery image on the shop page instead of the product image set.
