Original string: Account name
(must be exact, so name not Name)
Domain: woocommerce
Context:
(leave blank)
Replacement string: FPS Identifier
This won’t change these labels on orders and emails. Please ask if you need that.

But can I translate the replacement with WPML String Translation? Or I must use the pro version of Say What? Because I cannot search for the FPS Identifier string in the String Translation

Say What? free will do the job for one language.
The FPS Indentifier string is not there, I understand its your replacment for “Account name”.
