Chameleon Theme – Template is missing

    On the back end of my site I navigate to – Appearance – Themes.
    At the bottom of the page under a heading named Broken Themes it states the following.

    Chameleon – Template is missing
    smallbiz – Stylesheet is missing

    Can anyone tell me (1) how this happened & (2) how to fix it.
