Checkout hooks

Hey Team,

Thank you for an excellent plugin!

I find the After Payment hook runs too late and the Captcha appears below the Place Order button which is odd.

Is there a way to use the woocommerce_review_order_before_submit hook so it gets included before the Place Order button?
