Was looking for a good plugin to try before buying the pro. Thought this was it. I have 350 cf7 forms but the migrator tool is badly designed, likely a programmer who never used it. No search function to search the cf7 form list, but worse the pagination is limited to 5 forms only. So i have 69 pages to navigate one by one. What a useless design. If there is a better way, then please provide the solution. Or I will consider this as another wannabe plugin that is not the same as WPforms (going to try that next). Am willing to pay the price to find the right one.

    Hello @bruno05 ,

Sorry for the frustrating experience here. You do not need to go through all 69 pages if your goal is to migrate all Contact Form 7 forms. Please go to Fluent Forms → Tools → Migrator, select Contact Form 7, then use the Import All Forms button; the paginated list is mainly for importing selected individual forms.

You are right that a search option or adjustable page size would make this screen much better for large CF7 sites. We’ll share this usability feedback with the team for improvement.

    Thank you.

As I said in my earlier post, the ability to migrate just 1 or a few should be there. I already know about all. And the pagination limited to 5 too does not make sense. Unfortunately, I am trying out wp forms, which has a migration feature like yours, but shows all forms and i can choose 1 or few to migrate. Scrolling is a lot easier than clicking on 69 pages. Thx

    Hello there,

Thank you for clarifying. I agree with you: for a site with hundreds of Contact Form 7 forms, selecting only one or a few forms is difficult with the current 5-item pagination.

At the moment, the available options are to import all forms or select forms from the paginated list. I understand that this does not solve your selective-import workflow well, so I have shared this as a usability improvement request with the team: adding search and/or a larger adjustable page size for the migrator list. I hope it will be inproved in the upcoming update as I’ve marked this with top priority.

Sorry for the poor experience here, and thank you for pointing out the exact workflow that needs improvement.
