CF7 dead after update ANYONE ELSE?

    This week after running updates… several things went dead related to CF7 on client sites.

    1. Zero emails are going out.
    2. Due to the DOM requirement for redirects now… those are all dead too.

    What I’ve done to fix (DOM Requirement):
    1. Just thought it was the DOM nonsense… so I followed the instructions on cf7s site to get away from the old way… that did not work.
    2. searched around A LOT – tried several other possible solutions… no joy.
    3. tried a plugin to redirect via DOM after successful send… no joy.

    What I’ve done for issue #1 – not sending AT ALL:
    1. Come here to complain.

    Seriously on the verge of a breakdown here… no BS. this is my last attempt possibly ever with wordpress and its never-endind BS (after 10 years of custom sites/development/etc.)

    This is a cry for help… i’m all used up.

    Yes, my contact form is stuck in the loading animation spinning arrows.

    When I hit send on an empty form it doesn’t even bring up error messages, it just spins.

    Deactivated all plug-ins except CF7 and used the default 2017 theme to test.

    Also installed “Easy WP SMTP” plugin and verified the test email sent from the settings page.

    Using WordPress 4.9, and also downgraded to 4.8.3 but still not working.

    Still only get a spinning loading icon, and no responses.
