CF7 and autoresponse

hi there,
maybe u can help me … so I have read your info about cf7 and plugin about close popup windows after from submission… in my site the popup and form is ok.
but after submission the system needs to send an email (contact form 7 email 2 checked) to the subscriber .. but nothing .. the email doesn’t arrive.. 🙁
