Certificate Button not showing

    Hello,

    I´m using Sensei LMS Certificates 2.2.1.
    Since a few days the “view certificate”-button on the “my courses page” is not showing anymore. I tried disabling and reinstalling the plugin and I also checked the settings.
    In the WordPress Backend I can see that certificates are being created, but the button is still not showing.
    Can any of you give a hint?

    Hi there,

    Thanks for reaching out. The View Certificate button appears when the person who is logged in to the website has completed a course.

    When you check the My Courses page are you logged in as a student who has completed a course or as the site Admin?

    If you were checking the page as a site admin, switch to a student’s account and check whether the button shows up.

    Let us know what you find out.

    Hi,

    I was logged in as a student who has completed some courses.

    But I actually found the mistake, I used the shortcode to show the “my courses page”.
    When I assigned the page in the settings, I could suddenly see the certificates again.

    So I guess the problem is solved, but it´s still kind of weird.
