Finally, it proved quick, and thank you for having chased, since I was wondering if you would be answering one day.
The doc you sent me relates to the IP of the administrator (my own IP). What does not relate to above mentioned point.
I am not a Tech, but my understanding is that Cerber blocks the IP of my server (136.244 etc)

You need to add the IP address on the screenshot to the White IP Access List and enable “Use White IP Access List” in the anti-spam settings.
