• Currently I have been using Wordfence on many sites, but it seems to become too bloated. How do they compare? Do I need Wordfence when I install Cerber or do I need Cerber next to Wordfence? The only difference so far that I see is that Wordfence can scan for changed (core) files and malware. Am I correct? But I do like the fact that Cerber also includes anti-spam, which means one plugin less in my installation.

Also I was wondering about the database load. I like to keep my installations as simple and clean as possible, and that also includes the impact it has through queries and the (size of) database.
