Centering Video in Post

Hello,

I’ve spent a few hours trying to figure how to center my video using some different html coding I’ve found in previous post but nothing seems to work. In the visual editor there is a gray box to the right of the video that seems to be attached to it. But since the video and grey box take up the width of the post I wonder if that’s why my “align center” html efforts have fallen short. I’m using the ProPhoto theme if that’s helpful.

I also couldn’t figure out how to center my embedded vimeo either. I would be fine with either one working.
