hi, I”ve got the donut ring graph working perfectly on my wordpress webpage but it’s constantly off centre when rendering on a mobile. I”ve tried every permutation with the placement and chart sizes dimensions but unless it’s very small at size 400 x 400 it won’t centralise on the mobile. Then it renders far too small on the web page.

how do I centre or left align it? thanks for your help.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello @tasco123,

Thank you for using Visuazlier and apologies for the delayed reply!

This issue might be coming from the theme. Have you tried activating a default WP theme like 2020 and see if the issue persists?

Please try that along with deactivating all plugins except Visualizer and then start activating them back one by one whilst testing to see if the issue persists.

Thank you and please let us know about your findings!

hi, yes, we got this sorted out – thanks.

we now have a problem where the tooltip flickers when it hits the white info box – it’s fine when in the coloured segment but when on the info box it’s flickering.

how can i position the tooltip/white box so it doesn’t cover so much of the graph? That will reduce the likelihood of causing the flickering.

    thanks.

    Hello @tasco123,

I am glad to hear that you managed to fix the issue at hand!

As for the flickering issue, it’s probably happening due to conflicting CSS that I cannot, unfortunately, observe since your website is under construction and cannot access it. However, you can go into the Chart Settings > General > Tooltip > and select the “The tooltip will be displayed when the user selects an element” option.

This way, with the element being selected, should assure no flickering effects since the hover state is not used anymore.

You cannot move the tooltip or place it differently, unfortunately.

Thank you for your understanding and have an amazing day!

    Hello,

It really should be on mouseover not onclick. The problem is not a css issue, its clearly only happening when the tooltop covers the section of the pie graph.

    Its working like this:

    – Mouse goes over graph
    – tooltip appears above the graph but underneath the mouse
    – tooltip does not have a hover event so it disappears immediately
    – now that tooltip is gone the mouse is now hovering over the graph again so the tooltip appear again..
    – starts over again.

this is happening over and over really fast so that the tooltip appears to flicker

We need to make it so that the tooltip remains visible when the mouse is over the top of it

    Hi @tasco123!

Unfortunately it’s not possible to fix the flickering since it is a limitation of Google’s API that is used. This is nothing we can improve or fix at our end. The only solution to make that tooltip remain open is the one suggested above by Mat.

Thank you and have a nice day!
