Center rating using shortcode

    Hi Guys,

    Based on how my theme is build I have to use the shortcode to enter the ratings where I want them to appear. But it seem that I’m not able to center the ratings as they appear left alligned no matter what I do. Is that me doing it wrong or is not possible to center the ratings when adding them manually with the shortcode?

    Just trying out the plugin before purchasing the pro to get the rich snippets and besides my center issue it seems like a great plugin.

    Hi @rasmus,

    Thanks for trying RatingWidget. Centering the ratings should not be a problem. Just wrap it with a <div style=”text-align: center;”> element, and it should work.

    Let us know if that worked, and if not, please share your page’s link so we can check it.

    Hi,

    Thanks allot, worked like a charm, don’t know what i was thinking, but it was not using a div..!

    Another thing that i just realised, I’m using the same shortcode on two different pages but the rating seems to be the same as well. Should it not be possible to have individual raings for each page?

    Hi Vova,

    I used this one [ratingwidget type=”page”] found on your FAQ

    A side question, I have now purchased the professional plugin and through your FAQ I can see that i have to configure the rich-snippet ratings for Google SERP but I cant seem to find any info on how to configure it?

    Hi @raskclarck,

    1. I would recommend specifying the page ID within the shortcode:
    [ratingwidget type="page" post_id="12"]

    2. There’s nothing you have to do, once your account is upgraded the Rich-Snippets will be auto-activated.

    Hi Vova,

    Thank you for you answer.

    I checked with the google checker and it seems that the rich snippets is not included when using the short code. But only when using the auto added ratings.

    Is that correct?
