    float: none;
    display: inline-block;
}
#masthead .navigation {
    text-align: center
}
#masthead .navigation > li > a {
    margin-left: 15px;
    margin-right: 15px;
}

    Add this inside the custom css box, under Appearance->Customize->Other

    thanks!! But I may go a diff route, would you know how to move the menu to the top of the page…like this?
