Center button in a row

Hello!

I am a beginner user and brazilian (the reason for my wrong english), and i’m trying to center a button in a row. i didn find this option in row options, even in line option, so i dont know how can i make this. I read some tutorials and others foruns here, but i didn understand nothing!
