• CDN is not working on the archive pages for Woocommerce. I don’t know when this quit working but it was working in the past.

I am using KeyCDN and their plugin CDN Enabler. For some of the image files on the site, the URL is updating to the CDN, but for the thumbnail sized images in WooCommerce, they are not.

I have tried changing themes. I have tried deactivating all of the plugins except the one that is responsible for making the CDN switch for assets like images, css, js, etc. No matter the combination, the archive page thumbnails stay stuck serving from the main site.

I have already addressed this question to the theme developer and the folks at KeyCDN. The theme developer pointed out they weren’t doing anything special with the Thumbnails. That was when I tried other themes and sure enough, no change.

The folks at KeyCDN seem to think it’s an issue with how WooCommerce handles URLs. I’m stuck in the middle of this. I have tried other CDN/caching plugins to see if I had a different outcome but again, it stays the same. Not serving up all those thumbnails from the CDN sort of defeats the purpose of having a CDN in the first place…

I’ve tried searching past support requests to no avail. I can’t tell if this is a known issue or not. If it is, is there a resolution in the works?

    Thanks,

    Mark
