CCS Drop Down Menu Youtube

I’m trying to get my drop down menu to display on top of my video but nothing I’ve done will fix it. Everything from adding transparent/opaque tags, CSS Z-Index, etc. IT works fine in Chrome/FF, IE it falls flat on its face though.
