CC Form Designer plugin question about email list selection

Hi Zack!
Love, love the idea behind the plugin – it synced up to my CC account without an issue, and I easily set up the form fields. I found the submit button in the optional form fields, and it seems like it’s ready to go.
The only issue I can’t resolve is this: the widget allows for list selection (eg, a potential subscriber can choose to be on List A and/or List B), but the plugin only allows for lists to be chosen by the Admin (me) that a new subscriber will be automatically added to (the Default Newsletter list in the topmost box in the form designer).
I see the Note about default lists:
Note: Contacts will be added to the selected lists by default. You can override this selection when you configure a Form Designer widget. You can also specify different list IDs when inserting a form into content using the [constantcontactapi formid=”1″] shortcode.
Can you explain why/how I need to configure a form designer Widget in order to get this functionality to work in the plugin?
I am looking for an option to create checkboxes for my active CC lists that subscribers can choose from. The widget offers that, but won’t let me add new fields (only first/last name) for something like Address, City, State, etc.
Any help you could provide would be much appreciated!
