We were able to fix the issue by going to Pages and finding the current Checkout page, deleting it and removing it from the trash. Then going to Woocommerce > Status > Tools > Create default WooCommerce pages and clicking “Create pages”.
Not really sure why it wasn’t working but it seems like something about this process re-connects the Checkout page in the correct way 🤷♂️
It seems that even when it’s working, I’m still getting that “You’re using a legacy wallets integration” error, so that appears not to have been the issue. Not sure why that’s there though since we’re on the latest version of Woocommerce and Stripe Gateway Plugin.
Hello @digitaldog247,
I’m glad to hear that you were able to resolve the issue with your Checkout page.
Your method of deleting and recreating the default WooCommerce pages is indeed a common troubleshooting step, as it helps to reset any potentially corrupt or misconfigured settings.
Regarding the “You’re using a legacy wallets integration” error, this is usually indicative of an outdated integration between WooCommerce and your payment gateway, in this case, Stripe. Despite having the latest versions of both WooCommerce and the Stripe Gateway Plugin, there may be some outdated settings or configurations that are causing this error.
I would recommend double-checking your Stripe integration settings within WooCommerce. Ensure that all API keys are up-to-date and that there are no deprecated or legacy settings enabled.
