CB stopped working three weeks ago

    Hello,

    I had the CB running on https://www.sofiegruber.de/ for half a year now without any problems, but as of a few weeks ago neither the banner shows anymore nor the declaration at the bottom of the privacy policy.

    What’s going on? I did not do any major changes to the site or its structure.
    In CB I tried setting it to www. and without, but same problem.

    I am clueless as to what’s wrong …

    Thank you for reaching out to Cookiebot.

    Have you activated any optimizer plugin like SiteGround/Rocket/similar recently? If yes, try deactivating it/them (for testing purposes), clear the domain cache, and revisit the domain to see the difference. You may view a bunch of errors/warnings in the console panel.

    Hi,

    it somehow works again without me having done any changes. Might have been a cache issue.
    I am using Siteground Optimizer and Siteground Security. Both Plugins I will keep in mind, if anyt trouble comes back.

    The Plugin works great otherwise.
