I am receiving this error when trying to login with Facebook:

Caught exception: An active access token must be used to query information about the current user.

I am getting the same error when I try to initiate the fb connection by using image link as adviced in settings page.

Ok that’s the way to solve the problem:
You need to edit the nextend-facebook-connect.php on line 295
change $user_profile to:
$user_profile = $facebook->api(‘/’.$user);
