Category problem

    I can’t get the shop page or any category page load correct.
    It can’t display menu or sidebar or footer and products only show one product.

    I use woocommerce shortcode: [product_category category=”” limit=”12″ columns=”4″ orderby=”date” order=”desc”], still only one product.

    No error on console or site error log.
    And I deactivated all plugin except woocommerce, problem still exists.

    wordpress version:5.5(I tried to upgraded, but the problem still existed, so I downgraded because some plugins do not support 5.7)
    php:7.4
    woocommerce version:5.1

    Hi there!

    I can see that you have deactivated all of your plugins except for WooCommerce, and the problem still persists.

    Now, could you please change your theme to the Storefront theme (WC default theme) to check that the current theme you are using is not the one that is causing the conflict?
