I’m having an issue setting up Category pages correctly.

Whenever I click on a Category listing on the main Business Directory page, the category page that loads has the correct URL structure, but appears to be missing all CSS related to the Business Directory plugin.

Is there a specific page structure/shortcut required to enable these category pages? I simply want the ability to click on a Business Directory Category and view all the listings within that category.

    Thanks

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @csdorman

Thank you for reaching out about this. I’m Garret from the customer success team and I’m sorry to hear that you’re having a problem here. I’ll be happy to help!

I took a quick look at your website and see our Business Directory styles loaded onto the category pages.

Could you confirm if you are still seeing this issue or not? A screenshot of what you’re seeing may be helpful as well.

    Please let me know!

    Thanks for your reply!

I think I fixed it by turning on the “Disable CPT integration” under Settings -> General -> Advanced.
