Category links not working | WordPress.org

I have new install of WP and Woo, using TheShop. Any links to a category produce a “Nothing Found” page. I’m sure this is something simple but I can not seem to locate. Direct links to a product work fine. Category links do not work. Thank you for any help

Can you please post a link to your site? 🙂 Also, make sure you have at lease a post in a particular category. Please post if you are getting any error. It will help to debug the issue. 🙂

You’re linking to post categories, not product categories.

I’ve changed the sidebar link to a product category, same problem

The base is wrong for those. Add a unique base in permalink settings. You just have ‘shop’ which will 404 as WordPress doens’t know whats being shown.
