    Hi guys,

    I´m buying your plugin for my client, but I need to be sure the issues stated belov are/can be resolved:

    1) CATEGORY ISSUE
    When selecting a specific category (tick-box) all products dissappear. I can get the results by clicking the name search box and hitting enter, but I would like to have the results to update automatically.

    NOTES:
    – Tried to play with the Java/Ajax filtering, no results.
    – I´m using a translation to Finnish language, which I created (is the language an issue? Finnish language has some special characters, like ä and ö)

    2) LANGUAGES
    The site will be multilingual (using WPML multilingual). Will the plugin be able to detect the users language and choose the correct lang file or should this be set manually?

    Hi Aleksi,

    Would you mind e-mailing the translation file to Contact@EtoileWebDesign.com so we can test? It definitely sounds like a translation issue, based on some other users who had similar problems.

    For the languages, I’m not entirely sure. It should work with the free version as well, if it’s going to work. Please let us know if it does/doesn’t, I’m sure some other users wouldn’t mind knowing in the future.

    Was this resolved with the recent translation update?

    I’m having the same issue and it began when I updated the plugin an hour or so ago. The products disappear when I click on a specific category to the left but will reappear if I type a name in the product search box or refresh the page entirely. I’m stumped.

    Sorry about that. The version of the AJAX processing file wasn’t updating during the translation update, which led to a compatibility problem with the fix. Should be resolved with 2.4.33.

    Ok Guys, the 2.4.33 update took care of the problem. Outstanding job guys!

    Cant wait to present it to my client and take all the credit for it ;). Buying and recommending this plugin as well.

    By the way, would you like to have the Finnish translation files when I get it cleaned up? I could send it to you if you need it.
