Category Archive Management

I am using “List Category Posts” to list my categories in my sidebar http://theengineinstitute.org/. When I press Entanglement in the dropdown I get the Category Archives. I would like to have this list of exerpts reflected on my homepage/News in rows of 3 cells each, below the current text that stays static. I want each post to be represented by an image with exerpt below it in one cell. Can anyone advise me on how to do this? Thanks.
