Category and Tag box missing from Admin editor

    I’ve just upgrade to WordPress 3.5.1 and since then, every box on the right hand side below “Publish” in the post edit area has disappeared. I’ve disabled all the plugins and it’s still not appearing, has anyone else experienced this?
