Better create a plugin which will manage the dynamic data for you through Settings API as you like and pull the data to registration form through the custom registration form. I think these links can be helpful to you

Hi Sakar thanks for the response.
I think what I am trying to do might be outside the scope of my abilities.
Basically I want two different user registration forms. The first being a consultant and the second being a subscriber. Basically the consultant would fill in a “region” field in their registration form. When the subscriber then fills in the subscriber user form they will also have a region field. Once they have completed the field (preferably a autocomplete field), i want to display the relevant consultants filtered by said field.
I may have to pay someone to make a plugin for me with this functionality. Any idea what something like this might cost?
As per the Forum Rules, please do not ask people for financial costings or offer to pay for services. Try http://directory.codepoet.com/ or https://jobs.wordpress.net/ for that.
Otherwise, try looking at some of the free custom login plugins.
